- AWARE strives to address the issues that affect women in today’s society and play a role in positively impacting them.

- To create an association with women and Arab organizations locally, nationally, and internationally.

- To provide a network of support that will serve to encourage and empower women in their pursuit of a solid education, the chance of pursuing successful careers and the opportunity to develop into great leaders

- To identify, explore, and create a greater understanding of issues and concerns specific to women.

- To provide a functional resource center for women to utilize in pursuit of advancement.

- To develop a working relationship with individual leaders and institutions in the Arab World.

- To serve as mentors to women who seek advice and support for their future goals.

- To ultimately serve as a bridge of awareness and understanding between the greater societies that these women are a part of.
