ADC Michigan Announces Winners of the  14th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Contest:

 

Under the auspices of the American-Arab Center for Civil and Human Rights (ACCHR), ADC Michigan is pleased to announce the winners of its 14th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Contest, which was open to all Arab and Chaldean American high school seniors in Michigan. ADC Michigan is pleased to announce that the American Citizens for Justice will co-host the 14th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Awards Reception in Dearborn on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 6:00PM at Byblos Banquet Hall in Dearborn. This event is by invitation only.

 

This year’s Awardees are:

1st Place Award Winner:  Asma Baban, Fordson High School

2nd Place Award Winner:  Doulah Alijahmi, Universal Academy

3rd Place Award Winner: Suhail Ali, Universal Academy

4th Place Award Winner: Asma Ali, Fordson High School

5th Place Award Winner: Farah Zwen, Star International Academy

The scholarship recipients will be honored during ADC Michigan’s Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship Awards Reception on Friday, February 22nd, 2013 at 6:00pm, at the Byblos Banquet Hall in Dearborn.  This event is by invitation only.
