Congressmen Dingell’s office also presented Hamad with a commendation for his achievement, stating, “Your heart and your mission continue to bring great joy to many and your ability to create understanding between the Arabic and Jewish communities is an extraordinary talent.”
“I am truly humbled by this recognition, and proud to receive this award on behalf of our common goodwill and humanity,” stated Hamad. “I was touched by the overwhelming support shown by Brenda and the entire Pathways to Peace family, and by the presence of the friends and officials who joined us during the ceremony.”
