As part of its ongoing effort to assist agencies and entities by providing customized interactive Diversity Trainings, ADC Michigan’s Director of Policy and Community Affairs, Nadia Fadel, conducted a special Diversity Seminar last week to a group of U.S. Troops from out-of-state who will soon deploy to Iraq.  The majority of these soldiers will be going to an Arab country for the first time.  The presentation serves a valuable tool for our U.S. troops, offering them cultural background information, rapport building techniques, and other useful tools to ease this transition through knowledge and understanding.
